PLEASE READ PRIOR TO MAKING ANY PURCHASES.

Orders

Please double and triple check your shopping cart and personal information. Ensure you are ordering the correct items, size and quantity. Review your shipping address to ensure accuracy. CPAPmachines.ca is not responsible for any ordering errors. 

Refunds

We will happily accept refunds on most unopened and in originally sealed items within 30 days of the original ship date. To keep our shipping costs and prices competitive, return of unopened items are subjected to a restocking fee of 15%. This amount will be deducted before a refund is processed. Due to hygienic protocols outlined in Health Canada and the Food and Drug Act, any products that have been opened, deemed opened and or used cannot be returned. Items without safety seals are final sale.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. To initialize your refund, contact us through email with your order number. A representative will provide further instructions to return eligible items. Our return address is:

Shipping fees to refund items are paid by the customer. After a successful inspection of the return items, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days minus 15% of items being returned.

Returns that are not properly initiated, or fall outside our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Due to Covid-19, return/exchange parcels are subjected to a mandatory 7-day quarantine period. Orders are held prior to being processed. As a result of this safety protocol, expect a 1-week delay after a parcel is delivered, before it is brought in and processed.

Exchange 

To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.  To initialize your refund, contact us through email with your order number. Shipping fees to exchange items are paid by the customer. Price adjustments of items being exchanged will be resolved accordingly. CPAPmachines.ca will ship the newly exchanged items complimentary if the exchanged order is over $99, otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost that is calculated at checkout.

Defective Items (if applicable)

CPAP masks and accessories have a 30-Day Manufacturer Warranty. If your items has manufacturer defects, contact us within 30 days of the original ship date and we will replace the item accordingly. CPAPmachines.ca get up-to-date notices from the manufacturers if certain batches are defective and require replacing. Contact us by email at shop@cpapmachines.ca


Machine Warranty Process (if applicable)

All CPAP machines come with 2 or 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Misuse, abuse or water damage will nullify the warranty period. If your machine malfunctions while under warranty, please contact us by email. A clinician will complete a troubleshoot checklist with you. If the problem persists, we will work with you to access the machine's warranty. You are responsible to ship the unit to us at your own cost and CPAPmachines.ca will work with the manufacturer for repairs/replacement and return your unit back to you. This process takes 3-6 weeks. 

Price Match (if applicable)

Price match (if applicable) are made on a case by case basis and solely at our discretion. This request may be made through email onlyIt may be considered for the exact same products sold in Canada from a reputable Canadian vendor. 

Price matching will not be applied to out of stock items, marketplace sites, Amazon, websites that say they're Canadian but do not operate in Canada and sites who do not have their prices published. We also do not price match shipping costs. Price matching cannot be applied to orders that have been processed and or delivered.

Order Cancellation (if applicable)

Upon placing an order, an automated order email is sent confirming the intent of purchase. This confirmation email is not a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent or orders with shipping addresses outside of Canada.
