Return Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO MAKING ANY PURCHASES.

Refunds

We will happily accept refunds on most unopened and in originally sealed items within 30 days of the original ship date. To keep our shipping costs and prices competitive, returning of unopened items are all subjected to a restocking fee of 15%. This amount will be deducted before a refund is processed. Due to hygienic protocols outlined in Health Canada and the Food and Drug Act, any products that have been opened, deemed opened and or used cannot be returned. Some items without safety seals are final sale. Please see our final sale list here.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. To initialize your refund, contact us through email or phone with your order number. We will advise you to write your order number on the returning parcel, purchase a shipping label and ship the item(s) to:

Shipping costs to refund items are paid by the customer. After approval of the inspection of the returned item, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days minus 15% of purchase fee of item(s) being returned.

Returns that are not properly initiated, or do not follow our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Due to Covid-19, all incoming return and exchange parcels are subjected to a mandatory 7-day quarantine period. Orders are held prior to being processed. As a result of this procedure, expect delays in the processing of your refund/exchange.

Exchange

Shipping costs to exchange items are paid by the customer. Price adjustments of items being exchanged will be resolved accordingly. CPAPmachines.ca will ship the newly exchanged items complimentary if the exchanged order is over $99, otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost that is live calculated at checkout.

Defective Items (if applicable)

If newly purchased machines, masks or accessories have manufacturer's defects, contact us within 30 days of the original ship date. CPAPmachines.ca get up-to-date notices from the manufacturers if batches of items are defective and require replacing.

Machine Warranty Process (if applicable)

All machines come with 2 or 3-Year manufacturer's warranty. Misuse, abuse or water damage will nullify the warranty period. If your machine malfunctions while under warranty, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to be issued for the warranty. You are responsible to ship the unit to us at your own cost and CPAPmachines.ca will work with the manufacturer for repairs/replacement and return your unit back to you. This process takes 3-6 weeks. 

Price Match (if applicable)

Price match (if applicable) are made on a case by case basis and solely at our discretion.   Price matching will not be applied to marketplaces, sites that say Canadian but do not operate in Canada and prices that do not have their prices published. We also do not price match shipping costs. Price matching cannot be applied to orders that have been processed and or delivered.

Order Cancellation (if applicable)

Upon placing an order, an automated order email is sent confirming the intent of purchase. This confirmation email is not a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent or orders with shipping addresses outside of Canada. 

Kit includes: A mini portable sanitizing device, 3 or 6 pack of filters (depending on machine purchased), 2 packs of cleansing wipes and a premium tubing brush. Cannot be combined with any other offers.
