Zzoma Positional Sleeping Device is an FDA-cleared positional medical device for treatment of mild to moderate positional Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Designed by a board-certified sleep physician, Zzoma is worn around the upper torso ensuring you remain comfortably positioned on your side while sleeping. This will aid in normalizing sleep quality while minimizing nighttime disruption and daytime fatigue. Zzoma is an affordable and comfortable alternative to CPAP therapy.
How Zzoma works: Place the device on your back and bring the straps around in front of you. Position the device so the Velcro straps are at chest level. Adjust the Velcro straps for fit and comfort and secure them together. Lie on either side in a comfortable position and go to sleep.
Cleaning Instructions: Remove the foam wedge from the nylon pack. Hand wash the nylon pack in cold water with a mild detergent and allow to air dry. Once dry, reinsert foam wedge and seal the Velcro closure.
