Returns & Refunds

We all change our minds or things simply don't work out. Returns will be happily accepted on any unopened and unused products such as machines masks and accessories within 30 days of the original ship date. Returning of all unopened and unused machines (including travel and clearance units) are subjected to a restocking fee of $25 CAD. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any product that has been opened and used cannot be returned - no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, email or contact us via phone with your order number. We may or may not require a receipt or proof of purchase. Mail your product to:

CPAPmachines.ca is not responsible for shipping costs for returning your item(s). Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. Inspection is required upon receiving returns. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you if your refund has been approval. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@cpapmachines.ca and send your item to:

To return your item(s), mail your product to:

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item(s) over $100 CAD, it is recommended using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
